Welcome to The Montana.

I am proud to say that we have completed this landmark building in the middle of and despite some trying economic times. It wasn’t easy – we’ve all seen the difficulties experienced by both builders and buyers in the real estate industry.

However, I have always believed that quality is timeless – it survives times both good and bad, and it keeps its value. That’s why people say invest for the long-term and hang on to the things that matter. That’s why we all cherish that which was created with purpose and without compromise.

We made the Montana to embody these things: uncompromising attention to detail, timeless elegance fashioned on a bedrock of hard work and commitment.

Because quality should be more than a catchphrase but rather a bedrock principle, we put together a special team to build The Montana. My company, ProCura has been developing landmark projects since 1979 and we stand committed to every one of our buildings and the people who live in them. We partnered the renowned architects BKDI because we knew that they had the creativity and sense of innovation to realize our vision of landmark grace, luxurious form and function in an inner-city residence tower. They did it once already when we worked together on Emerald Stone, and I believe we have done even better with The Montana.
